KATRINA MOORE | Founder

Katrina initially started Intimate Beach Wedding as its photographer and floral designer. With her innate empathy and intuition, she excelled at capturing candid, emotional images that were brimming with love (occasionally shedding a few tears in the process). Recognizing that life is already complicated enough, she was determined to create an experience that would not only be effortless for couples, but also for everyone involved. As time went on, IBW continued to evolve, and with it, Katrina started Intimate Desert Wedding and Intimate Mountain Weddings. What initially began as a humble family endeavor has blossomed into a remarkable community of talented creatives, each proudly contributing their unique skills and expertise to ensure that every couple's special day is truly unforgettable.

As a devoted mom of four beautiful children and a wife to my best friend, I cherish the authenticity and emotion that photos can convey. My goal is to make every photography session effortless and stress-free, allowing you to enjoy the experience. WEDDING MUSICIANS

  • Krissy Staykova | Violinist

    Krissy is a highly skilled violinist with training in classical music. She has two master's degrees in music and has been playing the violin since she was 6 years old. Over the course of 11 years in Southern California, Krissy has developed a diverse repertoire that includes both modern and classical styles. She can entertain any audience with her live performances.

  • Nico Hueso | Violin, Guitar + Bass

    Hueso is a versatile musician who freelances and records in various genres. He has played as a violinist, guitarist, and electric bassist. He has performed with Kansas and Placido Domingo, as well as Disturbed and Mariachi Vargas de Tecalitclán & Nuevo Tecalitclán. Hueso has also collaborated with up-and-coming pop and country artists as a composer and studio musician. Alongside his busy teaching and freelancing schedule, he enjoys arranging, improvising, and performing chamber music with colleagues from Atlanta, San Diego, and Puerto Rico Symphonies.
